Mariela Scafati borrows from the visual codes of geometric abstraction, political activism, and design to engage with the viewer. For this talk, she will activate a conversation between her practice and the works on view at the Museo de la Cárcova, including her 'Hopscotch (Rayuela)' work Niebla (2018), and discuss her creative tactics and methods with the audience.
