• All self-guided tour groups must register prior to the show using the Self-Guided Tour Group Registration form.
• The tour guide is required to collect the official Tour Guide Wristband (labeled "Guided Tour") from the Registration Desk.
• The tour guide must wear the Tour Guide Wristband at all times with the group to indicate official registration.
• Tours are allowed only during the show opening hours. Please note that on Wednesday, December 6, self-guided tour groups can only take place from 4pm.
• Self-guided tour groups cannot exceed 6 people per group on VIP Days (Wednesday, December 6 as of 4pm & Thursday, December 7, 2023) and 12 people per group on Public Days (Friday, December 8 - Sunday, December 10, 2023).

• Group leaders are responsible for the behavior of their group.
• The tour guide must wear the Tour Guide Wristband (labeled "Guided Tour") at all times with the group to indicate official registration.
• NO TOUCHING works of art including any sculptures.
• When in the Meridians sector, please adhere to the guidelines that the Meridians sector hosts provide.
• Groups should be mindful of other visitors and keep their voices to a respectable volume.
• No food or drinks are allowed within the halls.
• Photography is allowed for personal use only. No flash, tripods, or video recording is permitted. Photographer requires the permission of the gallerist if taking pictures within booths. Please also note that press and promotional photography and filming are taking place on these premises.
• Large bags must be checked at the coat-check facilities.
• We do not allow groups to place their own signage on the premises. 

Due to the fragility of certain artworks and booth space restrictions, the galleries listed in the 'Group Visit Refusal List' are not open for group visits.
