Almeida-Dale

Established in São Paulo in 1998, Almeida & Dale is dedicated to preserving the legacy of seminal artists while advancing contemporary art on both national and international stages. Operating across four buildings in São Paulo, the gallery presents a rigorous exhibition and publishing program, cultivates partnerships with leading institutions and collections, and participates in the world’s foremost art fairs, positioning it among Brazil’s most influential galleries.

Almeida & Dale represents more than 50 artists and estates, bringing together key figures of Brazilian Modernism, pioneering voices in contemporary Brazilian art, and a dynamic roster of established and emerging artists whose practices continue to shape and expand the field.

In 2025, following its merger with the acclaimed Millan, founded in São Paulo in 1986, Almeida & Dale expanded its commitment to artistic experimentation, close collaboration with artists, and the development of international careers. The merger united complementary histories rooted in fostering ambitious artistic practices and securing meaningful institutional engagement worldwide.

Committed to promoting diverse perspectives and innovative approaches, Almeida & Dale serves as a platform for artists undertaking ambitious projects. Combining deep curatorial expertise with a strategic understanding of the global art ecosystem, the gallery actively contributes to the growing international visibility and influence of Latin American art.
