I purchased several online tickets for family members, and my personal details are on all of them. Is this a problem? Not at all. Every online ticket has a unique bar code number. Each family member can enter the fair with a ticket even if it is in another person's name.
I found another site selling tickets to the Art Basel in Miami Beach show, can I get my tickets there too? No. Please make sure to purchase the tickets via the official <a href="https://ticket.messe-tickets.ch/MCH_shop/4001-miami-beach/Shop" target="_blank" rel="noopener">online ticket shop</a>, and never from unknown third parties. Tickets may not be copied or reproduced. Don't risk missing the show!
How often can my online ticket be used? Your ticket is checked at the turnstiles at the entrance. Please make sure to bring your printed copy or have the ticket stored in your Passbook/Wallet app.
If you purchased a day ticket, exit from the fair is final.
What happens if I forget my online ticket? If this happens, please contact one of the hosts at the entrance area of the exhibition or at the box office.

General information

How do I get my online ticket? You will receive your ticket(s) as an attachment in a confirmation email. You will receive two files: a PDF and a Wallet file. If you don&rsquo;t see the tickets in your inbox, please remember to check your spam folder. You can save them to your computer and print them at home or download them to your mobile.
How can I use the Passbook/Wallet file? The Passbook/Wallet file you receive via email can be saved directly on your iPhone's Passbook/Wallet app. When visiting the fair, simply open the ticket in the Passbook/Wallet application and scan it at the turnstiles.
Passbook/Wallet is an iPhone and iPod Touch app with iOS 6 or later. For other operating systems (Android / Windows Phone), third-party apps are available in the respective app stores; however, we cannot guarantee either their functionality or design.
What system do I need in order to print the online ticket? You need the Adobe Acrobat Reader (the Adobe Acrobat Reader can be downloaded via Adobes's <a href="https://get.adobe.com/reader/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">website</a>) and a printer.
Can I print my ticket more than once? Yes it is possible to print your ticket multiple times. The barcode on it is scanned when you enter the fair. Each barcode is valid only for one admission, and only on the day (or days) you bought your ticket for.

Downloading and printing your ticket

Can I get my money back if I am unable to use my ticket? No. The ticket once purchased is non-refundable.
My credit card has not been accepted, what can I do? Please make sure your card information has been entered correctly and your card has not expired. If the payment still does not go through, contact your bank or try again later.
What is 3-D Secure? Our online shop uses 3-D Secure as its security standard for credit card payments.
3-D Secure is an internationally recognized security standard supported by a number of credit card issuers (including MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Diners Club). It is used for credit card payments on the internet. The aim of this extra security layer is to reduce the likelihood of the fraudulent use of cards by third parties.

Payment

Why do I have to select an entry time with my ticket purchase? Can I only enter the show at that specific time? What if I leave the show to eat, can I get back in at another time? You should arrive at the Convention Center at the time you selected in order to enter the show for the first time on that day. The selected timeslot is mentioned on your ticket. Day tickets are valid for single entry only. Once you exit, re-entry is not permitted.
Why do I have to select a dedicated entrance with my ticket purchase? Can I enter the Convention Center through another entrance? What if I don't find the right entrance? We have updated our safety measures and implemented a dedicated entrance system to ensure optimal visitor flow. Please enter the Convention Center through the entrance stated on your ticket. You may find a map for your orientation&nbsp;<a href="https://d2u3kfwd92fzu7.cloudfront.net/ABMB21_Map_MBCC-Entrances-1.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener">here</a>.
