Our show takes place at the Swiss exhibition site Messe Basel, featuring a hall designed by international architects Herzog &amp; de Meuron of Basel.

Rules for Visitors

All entrances to our exhibition halls are wheelchair accessible. Wheelchairs are available free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis. Please inquire at the Info Desks at Hall 1 and 2 main entrances. Accessibility

Art Basel works with The Art Loss Register (ALR) to search artworks presented onsite and online against its database of more than 700,000 objects registered as lost, stolen, or subject to a dispute. Cafes & Restaurants

Deepen your experience of Art Basel with an expert-led Guided Tour. Offered throughout show hours, these curated tours provide exclusive insights into selected highlights of the fair, as well as spotlight tours dedicated to the Unlimited sector and the Basel edition of Zero 10.
Public and private tours are available in English, German, French and Russian. Additional languages may be arranged upon request.
Please note: A Guided Tour ticket does not include admission to Art Basel.
All self-guided tour groups must register prior to the show using the <a href="https://forms.office.com/e/3ySY3DAVdY" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Self-Guided Tour Group Registration form</a>. Guided Tours

Art Kids at Art Basel is a fully supervised, professional day-care service for children ages 4&ndash;12, offering a safe and engaging environment while parents visit the fair.
Children enrolled in the program participate under the supervision of <a href="https://www.familea.ch/en/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">familea</a> professionals. Complimentary healthy snacks are offered, and familea provides the option to purchase child-friendly meals onsite.
Art Kids is complimentary for VIP Card and Premium Ticket holders. For all other Art Basel ticket types, the participation fee is CHF 30.- per child and access can be purchased onsite at Art Kids. Please note that capacity is limited and participation is subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.

Art Kids is open to Art Basel visitors during show hours.
Changing facilities are located in the Art Kids restroom area.

Introducing children to Modern and contemporary art can be the beginning of a life-long adventure. Here are some tips for making the most of your children's visit to Art Basel:

<li>Admission is free for children up to the age of 12 when accompanied by a parent who is a VIP card or ticket holder.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Remind your children to always walk, not run.</li>
<li>Smaller children can be brought in baby strollers, which are permitted throughout the venue.</li>
<li>Remind children that security guards protect us and the art; please ask your children to respect their requests.</li>
<li>Instruct your children to never touch art as it can be damaged by the natural oils on their fingers.</li>
<li>To protect the art, please enjoy food and beverages only in the dining areas, especially with children.</li>
