Le Violon Bleu opened its doors in Tunisia in 2003, founded by Essia Hamdi, who began her journey in the art world as an antique dealer over 40 years ago. Her passion for art was sparked by collecting and selling Ottoman perfume bottles to relatives and close friends. A turning point in her career came when she met Aly Bellagha, one of the pioneers of the École de Tunis, who introduced her to the refined art of antique dealing.
