Galerie Lelong’s original founding by Aimé Maeght in 1945 saw the presentation of modernist icons including Joan Miró, Alexander Calder, Marc Chagall, Alberto Giacometti, Antoni Tàpies, Francis Bacon and Eduardo Chillida.
