1. Click on the login link provided in the designation email.&nbsp;
2. Log in to your Partner Account
a) Account Name and Password will be on your Asana project sheet, these are the same login details required to access your showkit.&nbsp; Please ask your Account Manager if there are any problems.&nbsp;

3. Select your name to go the partners dashboard&nbsp;
4. Select Designations

5. You will be presented with the designation page. Here you can designate your senior management to the VIP days, review the designation status or cancel designations.&nbsp;
6. Two numbers are displayed in each VIP card type section. The first number shows your remaining designation slots and the second number is your contingent. Designations can be added until the first number is 0.

7. By clicking on the arrow on the left, next to the numbers, the section will expand and you will be able to see each guest you've designated.
To designate a new First Choice VIP guest, select the "Add new" button in the Staff First Choice section.

8. Fill out all fields and click Add. Once added, your designation is automatically saved in our system. Please ensure that a valid corporate email address of your senior management is provided. This email will be used for sending their invitation and for their login to access their Digital VIP Card.

9. The designation will now be listed. Note that one designation slot will be deducted from your contingent. Repeat steps 7 to 8 to designate additional VIPs in the respective VIP card type section. To remove a designation, select the delete icon. The cancelled designation will be credited to the &ldquo;Open&rdquo; designation.

10. After the designation deadline, the designation status updates automatically from &ldquo;Saved&rdquo; to &ldquo;Invited&rdquo;. This indicates that your&nbsp;designated senior management will shortly receive the invitation email in which they will be asked to confirm their attendance with instructions on how to access their Digital VIP Card in the official Art Basel App. You will not be able to cancel designations after this deadline, as the VIP guest is now informed about the invitation.

Note:&nbsp;You will still be able to designate guests after the designation deadline, and they will be included in subsequent invitation emails throughout the spring leading up to the show. Newly designated guests typically receive their invitation within one week of you submitting their names. Designations will be possible up to and throughout the show. Kindly note that it may take a few hours for each new designation to be processed. All invitations (confirmed and unconfirmed by VIP) will be available digitally within the Art Basel app.
11. Select from previous designations.
To facilitate your designation process, you can look up past designations and select multiple VIP guests to designate.
