By purchasing a ticket and/or entering Art Basel Miami Beach you agree to comply with these Visitor Rules, as well as the <a href="https://www.artbasel.com/miami-beach/ticket-and-entrance-disclaimer" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Entrance Disclaimer</a>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<a href="https://www.artbasel.com/miami-beach/articles/rules-for-visitors#89137" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Code of Behavior</a>.

All visitors and their belongings are subject to a thorough inspection before entering&nbsp;Art Basel Miami Beach. Visitors must&nbsp;comply with&nbsp;requests and instructions from the onsite security staff.&nbsp;Failure to do so may result in denial of admittance or removal from&nbsp;Art Basel Miami Beach.&nbsp;

Security Inspection

Only one bag per person is allowed. Smaller bags&nbsp;may&nbsp;be taken into the&nbsp;Art Basel Miami Beach&nbsp;exhibition&nbsp;halls,&nbsp;but&nbsp;will be subject to inspection. Bags, briefcases, and&nbsp;similar items&nbsp;larger than 16&rdquo; x 8&rdquo; x 16&rdquo; (40&nbsp;cm&nbsp;x&nbsp;20&nbsp;cm&nbsp;x 40 cm) must be deposited at the Coat &amp; Bag Check.&nbsp;Any&nbsp;items that do not&nbsp;comply with&nbsp;this policy will be prohibited.&nbsp;

Failure to comply will result in denial of entry or removal without refund and may constitute trespass under Florida law. Weapons 

The distribution of flyers&nbsp;or&nbsp;any other marketing materials at Art Basel&nbsp;Miami Beach&nbsp;requires prior written approval from Art Basel.&nbsp;Unauthorized distribution will result in the visitor being asked to leave&nbsp;Art Basel Miami Beach&nbsp;and removal of all materials.&nbsp;

Marketing Material Distribution

Dogs and other pets are not&nbsp;permitted&nbsp;in the exhibition halls (including emotional support animals), except for ADA-recognized service animals for visitors with disabilities, provided they are leashed or under similar control. The owner must take full responsibility for their animal.&nbsp;&nbsp;
The Miami Beach Convention Center is an <a href="http://www.miamibeachconvention.com/accessibility" target="_blank" rel="noopener">ADA compliant facility</a>. Service Animals 

Any lost items handed in during&nbsp;Art Basel Miami Beach opening&nbsp;hours&nbsp;will be&nbsp;kept at&nbsp;a nearby&nbsp;Coat&nbsp;&amp; Bag&nbsp;Check and&nbsp;will be&nbsp;turned&nbsp;in&nbsp;to&nbsp;security and&nbsp;ultimately to&nbsp;the&nbsp;Miami&nbsp;Beach&nbsp;Convention&nbsp;Center&nbsp;Command Center after&nbsp;closing&nbsp;hours.&nbsp;

Lost and Found

All self-guided groups must register prior to attending Art Basel Miami Beach using the <a href="https://forms.office.com/e/Ms9e3nM54Q">Self-Guided Tour Registration form</a>. Please note and adhere to the <a href="https://www.artbasel.com/miami-beach/self-guided-tour-rules-regulations">rules and regulations for self-guided tours.</a>

Self-Guided Tour Groups

Tickets may only be purchased or obtained via Art Basel. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources are void. Unauthorized or unlawful resale or attempted resale of a ticket is grounds for cancellation of the ticket and revocation of all rights to attend Art Basel Miami Beach.
Art Basel Miami Beach will close at its regularly scheduled time each day.
Art Basel does not guarantee that it will be possible to view the entirety of Art Basel Miami Beach (including where a visitor has entered Art Basel Miami Beach at a time specified on the visitor&rsquo;s Ticket). 
Some entrances to Art Basel Miami Beach may close early and/or be converted to exit-only portals for crowd control purposes and to facilitate an orderly exit and closing of Art Basel Miami Beach.

Tickets

Visitors must comply with any and all health and safety policies applicable to&nbsp;Art Basel Miami Beach,&nbsp;the Miami Beach Convention Center&nbsp;and any other venues where Art Basel Miami Beach events are taking place, as well as&nbsp;all applicable&nbsp;federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations.&nbsp;

Health & Safety Policy

Visitors are not&nbsp;permitted&nbsp;to wear face coverings while attending&nbsp;Art Basel Miami Beach.&nbsp;Art Basel will&nbsp;reasonably accommodate&nbsp;exceptions if&nbsp;required&nbsp;for&nbsp;reasons of a visitor&rsquo;s&nbsp;health,&nbsp;religion&nbsp;or disability.&nbsp;&nbsp;Failure to abide by this policy&nbsp;will constitute grounds for&nbsp;immediate removal from&nbsp;Art Basel Miami Beach.&nbsp;

Face Coverings

Please note that some art works or performances may have mature themes or otherwise might not be suitable for children. Accompanying adults or guardians should use discretion for children under their care. Galleries voluntarily self-identifying as containing mature content are included on a Mature Content List. To request the list, please contact the <a href="mailto:camilla.schlager@artbasel.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Art Basel team here</a>.

Accompanying adults or guardians have accepted the <a href="https://www.artbasel.com/miami-beach/ticket-and-entrance-disclaimer">Entrance Disclaimer</a> on behalf of minors in attendance and are responsible for their behavior.

Children

The proper behavior of all guests is very important to Art Basel and all visitors to Art Basel Miami Beach are required to comply with the following terms and conditions of Art Basel&rsquo;s Code of Behavior. &nbsp;
At Art Basel Miami Beach, leading galleries present significant works by masters of Modern and Contemporary Art, as well as the new generation of emerging stars, and visitors are provided the opportunity to view such artworks in an atmosphere like no other. Our goal is to create a safe environment to enjoy the show, free from judgment, harassment, and discrimination. At Art Basel&rsquo;s discretion, future attendance by anyone who violates these standards may also be curtailed or denied. Lack of decorum includes hate speech, inflammatory statements, fraudulent or misleading conduct, foul language including racial or gender-based slurs, sexual solicitation, unlawful discriminatory conduct, overly aggressive behavior, and slanderous, libelous, or defamatory statements. &nbsp;
Art Basel is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for all attendees at Art Basel Miami Beach. We do not tolerate harassment of attendees, participants, staff, sponsors or organizers from fellow attendees, participants, sponsors, organizers or other parties. Language and imagery by attendees that is abusive, violent and/or sexual is not appropriate at any Art Basel Miami Beach venues. Harassment includes offensive verbal comments about personal appearance, race, national origin, age, sexual orientation, gender, disability, religion or any other characteristic protected by law, intimidation, unwelcome following or stalking, unwanted recording, disruption of events, unwelcome physical contact and unwelcome attention. Attendees asked to stop behavior deemed as harassment are expected to comply immediately. Those found violating this anti-harassment policy may be expelled from Art Basel Miami Beach without a refund and at the discretion of Art Basel. If you feel that you are being harassed or notice that someone else is being harassed during Art Basel Miami Beach, please contact an Art Basel staff member or Art Basel Miami Beach security immediately.&nbsp;

Code of Behavior

The following (non-exclusive) list may result in removal of a visitor from Art Basel Miami Beach and/or refusal of admission to future editions of the Art Basel Miami Beach:&nbsp;

<li>Failure to comply with these Visitor Rules, the Code of Behavior any other posted rules or any other rules applicable to the Miami Convention Center or any venue where Art Basel Miami Beach events are being held.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Failure to comply with requests and instructions from Art Basel Miami Beach onsite security staff or management.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Any behavior at, or bringing any item to, Art Basel Miami Beach which Art Basel determines, in its sole discretion, may potentially disrupt Art Basel Miami Beach or cause offense to visitors, exhibitors or other attendees. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Any protest, political action or unsanctioned performance.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Any behavior at, or bringing any item to, Art Basel Miami Beach which Art Basel determines, in its sole discretion, may endanger visitors, exhibitors or other attendees, or may risk damage to artworks.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Failure to abide by the Code of Behavior.&nbsp;</li>
