Massimiliano Gioni didn’t just choose a selection of highlights from ‘OVR:20c’. The New Museum’s artistic director charted a thematic exploration of Art Basel’s latest Online Viewing Rooms. He naturally identified&nbsp;clusters of artworks: from the oneiric qualities of paintings by Gertrude Abercrombie&nbsp;and&nbsp;<a href="https://www.artbasel.com/catalog/artist/9482/Paula-Rego" target="_blank">Paula Rego</a>, to the eccentric figuration of&nbsp;<a href="https://www.artbasel.com/catalog/artist/17136/Roger-Brown" target="_blank">Roger Brown</a> and&nbsp;<a href="https://www.artbasel.com/catalog/artist/6911/Peter-Saul" target="_blank">Peter Saul</a>. Quoting Japanese avant-garde artist Katsuhiro Yamaguchi, Gioni invites us to an ‘Adventure of the Eyes.’The VIP Preview days of ‘OVR:20c’ run from October 28, 12 noon CET to October 30, 12 noon CET.
