Visitor policies

<p>Thank you for complying with Art Basel Paris&rsquo; security rules and regulations.</p>

<p>All guests entering Art Basel Paris are subject to a walk-through<br>metal detector screening and a&nbsp;visual bag inspection. Visitors must comply with requests and instructions from the onsite security staff.</p>

Security Inspection

<p>Suitcases, backpacks, oversized&nbsp;bags (max 40x45cm), and bulky&nbsp;objects (helmets, umbrellas etc.)&nbsp;are not authorized in the halls.&nbsp;No locker room is available.</p>

Bag Policy

<p>There is no coat check at Art Basel Paris.</p>

Coat Check

<p>Backpacks, suitcases, trolleys of any size; large umbrellas and any other items that might cause damage; firearms, self-defense and/or any sharp items; recreational wheeled devices (e.g. Segways, rollerblades, skateboards, bicycles, scooters, etc.); drones; any electric battery (bicycles, electric scooters, etc.). Visitors aren&rsquo;t allowed to enter or exit Art Basel Paris in possession of artworks.</p>

Prohibited Items in Halls

<p>Mobility aids for people with disabilities (e.g. wheelchairs, crutches, walkers, canes, prosthetic devices, and other orthotic devices) are allowed. Personal medical equipment is also allowed.</p>
<p>Manual wheelchairs for visitors with disabilities are available free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis. <strong>Please inquire at the Info Desks at the main entrance</strong>. <strong>A proof of identity will be required.</strong></p>

Mobility Aids and Medical Equipment

<p>Oversized cameras, lenses,&nbsp;flashes,&nbsp;drones, selfie sticks,&nbsp;monopods,&nbsp;as well as tripods&nbsp;are not authorized in the halls.</p>

Camera Policy

<p>Personal or non-professional use photography is permitted, only if conducted without disruption to the galleries or visitors, and with the safety of the artworks in mind. Press and promotional photography and filming are taking place on the premises. Attendance at the fair implies permission for your image to be used for marketing other commercial purposes (including media reports).</p>

Visitor Photography Policy

<p>The distribution of flyers and any other marketing materials is subject to authorization. Unauthorized distribution will result in the visitor being asked to leave the fair and removal of all materials.</p>

Marketing Material Distribution

<p>Animals are not allowed in the&nbsp;halls (except service animals).</p>
