- Bringing together 206 leading international galleries from 41 countries and territories – including 65 operating spaces in France – the show attracted an enthusiastic response from galleries, collectors, and visitors from across the globe, with a total attendance of more than 73,000 throughout its VIP and public days.
- Exhibitors reported strong sales across all market segments and sectors, with standout placements including works by Gerhard Richter, Amadeo Modigliani, Julie Mehretu, and Leiko Ikemura. Notable successes also came from rediscoveries by Marie Bracquemond and Lee ShinJa, as well as emerging voices such as Yu Nishimura and Özgür Kar, reflecting the depth and diversity of gallery programs on view.
- The city’s avant-garde spirit was palpable throughout the show, reflected in highlights across its three sectors – Galeries, Emergence, and Premise – with presentations spanning historical and blue-chip masters such as Peter Paul Rubens, Meret Oppenheim, and Edgar Degas; canon-expanding rediscoveries like Hector Hyppolite, Ella Bergmann-Michel, and Dadamaino; contemporary voices including Latifa Echakhch, Otobong Nkanga, Ai Weiwei, and Xie Lei; and emerging talents such as Ash Love, Precious Okoyomon, and Monia Ben Hamouda.
- Leading art patrons and private collectors from France, Europe, the Americas, and Asia visited the show. Art Basel Paris 2025 welcomed representatives from over 240 museums and foundations worldwide, including the Centre Pompidou, Musée du Louvre, Fondation Beyeler, Louisiana Museum of Modern Art, Tate, Serpentine Galleries, Stedelijk Museum, Istanbul Museum of Modern Art, M+ Hong Kong, He Art Museum, Tank Shanghai, Art Gallery of Ontario, SFMOMA, Aspen Art Museum, MCA Chicago, National Gallery of Art, Guggenheim Museum, Whitney Museum of American Art, The Museum of Modern Art and MoMA PS1, Public Art Fund, and The Metropolitan Museum of Art.
- The show's ambitious Public Program returned with activations across nine storied venues throughout Paris, with Miu Miu as Public Program Official Partner for the second consecutive year, underlining the bridge between the show and adjacent creative industries. Oh La La! - Art Basel Paris' creative re-hanging initiative during the Friday and Saturday of the show week – returned for its second edition, this year under the artistic direction of fashion journalist Loïc Prigent.

- French President Emmanuel Macron, France‘s minister of Culture Rachida Dati, and First Lady Brigitte Macron also visited Art Basel Paris at the Grand Palais.
- As part of the show week, Art Basel announced the appointment of Karim Crippa as Director of Art Basel Paris, taking up the role from November 1, 2025. Crippa will lead the Paris show into its next chapter, working closely with participating galleries, collectors, and both private and public partners – including the Ministry of Culture, GrandPalaisRmn, and the City of Paris – to consolidate its position as one of Europe’s most dynamic platforms for modern and contemporary art.

- Art Basel Paris took place from October 24-26, 2025, with VIP Days on October 22, and 23, and the newly introduced initiative Avant-Première happening on October 21. The 2026 edition of the show will take place from October 23-25, 2026.
