Badge Registration
New Location
The registration desk is now located in the Exhibition Tower, Ground Floor. Onsite signage will guide you.
Temporary Access Badges
Upon request, early-morning or late-night access can be granted and wristbands will be issued at the Registration Desk, pending approval. Early-morning access wristbands must be collected by 8pm on the previous day and late-night access wristbands by 12 noon of the same day.

Service Center
The Service Center, located in the entrance area of Hall 2, is your onsite contact point to place orders and/ or discuss technical problems about the booth buildout. Equipment such as ladders, stanchions, museum barriers, and other tools can be rented here.
The Service Center also takes in and records any possible damage reports or losses.
Note: New special construction orders as well as booth layout changes in Hall 2 can only be accepted until 12 noon on Monday, June 16. After that time we cannot guarantee that those orders can be executed and finalized in time before the show.

Exhibitor Lounge
The Exhibitor Lounge is exclusively for Exhibitors – the go-to hide-away lounge providing a daily changing vegetarian buffet, hot dishes, pre-packaged salads, and beverages. All items are at a reduced cost compared to the other outlets at the show.
We are pleased to offer you a sustainable take-away option, with the use of reCIRCLE - reusable, high-quality, and ecological packaging. Details about process and deposit required provided onsite.
Exhibitor Food Card by Wassermann & Company
Offering fast and cashless payment for yourselves and your clients, we strongly recommend registering for an Exhibitor Food Card by Wassermann & Company. Upon registration you will receive a QR code, which can be used to pay at all Wassermann & Company outlets at the show.
Location: Hall 2.2, access through the stairs from either Rundhof (courtyard) on the ground floor or through level 2.1.
Exhibitor Office
The Exhibitor Office offers Exhibitors access to equipment that is free of charge and may only be used by Exhibitors carrying a valid Exhibitor badge.
The following services are provided:
- computers with internet connection
- scanner, printer and copying machine
- office supplies
- lockers

In cases of theft or damage, please call +41 58 206 23 23 immediately. This number reaches the Alarm Control Center (Messezentrale), available 24/7. After that please also fill out the online form to report any incident online.
