The film evokes the elusiveness of what exists beyond what we actually see, the boundaries between the real and the imagined. “Behind the sea”, the artist states, “[…] stood a city with a high skyline and big structures. […] it looked like New York in American films and TV series”. Gradually his daydreams give way to the reality of the outwardly silent city.
