Stefanos Tsivopoulos' “History Zero”, presented at the Greek Pavilion at 55th Venice Biennale, takes as its starting point the multi-layered contemporary crisis in Greece, which Tsivopoulos sees as an opportunity to interpret an alternative visualization of the future. The film depicts three human experiences relating to notions of value systems and in so doing explores the role of money in the formation of human relationships and political and social elements relating to the ownership of money.
