The twofold weaponry of tigers, their claws and fangs, gives them a characteristic vertical and horizontal aggression which recalls the shape of a cruciform spear. Within the interior of its uncomplicated form, there is the hidden sharpness of a certain kill. The red tiger, with associations of a talisman, penetrates and pierces through every difficulty even more than the spear can. It is expressed here, deep in thoughts of turning to strike in victory.
