The picture shows two people pulling a rope attached to a structure looming the figure of the letter “I.” The structure is impossible to spin alone, yet, a few people joining forces allows the “I” letter to gradually appear. This work was inspired by a word that Kato had heard from an Australian –“colonial guilt.”
