IMI Knoebel Ich nicht, 2005 Acrylic, aluminium and plastic sheet 283 x 231 x 7,4 cm Imi Knoebel is primarily known for his minimalist and abstract paintings and sculptures that explore the relationship between space, picture support and colour. In 2014/15 he had a major retrospective at the Kunstmuseum Wolfsburg and at Museum Haus Esters, Krefeld, Germany. The work that we will show in Basel, entitled Ich nicht II (lit.
