Judith Fegerl (*1977 Vienna, lives and works in Vienna) follows a consistent string of works debating construction, functionality and identity of space and man-serving machinery powered by and depending on the supply of electricity. The work shown is her latest object that is interrelated to the "cauter" installation (Art Basel Statements, 2013) and "stitching", a wall piercing with incandescent wire, installed in the Museion, Bolzano.
