"Fade to Black" gathers eleven titled, detachable images. Each of them constitutes the testimony of an artistic proposal by Parreno. The images are printed with phosphorescent ink and must be exposed to light and afterwards browsed in the dark to become visible. However, the images are doomed to disappear again as the amount of light is limited to its time of exposure.
