“Storing Myself in a Place Unseen” project started in 2013 at a depopulated village in Akita prefecture. Tatsuki researched and stayed there for 3 months. There was a hut owned by a man who’s had lived there all his life. The work was left there fro 2 years for it to live with the time and the weather in Tohoku, then was taken out at the end of 2015. The cedar frame is a gift from the villagers.
