Habana Gallery
Galería Habana was founded in May 1962 with the aim of promoting Cuban art nationally and internationally. It was the very first gallery created after the revolution. Since its begining the space was recognaized as the home of the turmoil that was Cuban avant-garde, exhibiting works by relevant names in the history of Cuban modern art such as Wifredo Lam, René Portocarrero, Mariano Rodríguez and Amelia Peláez.
