Ricardo Camargo began his career at the age of 15 in São Paulo. He was a pioneer on launching the next generation of artists from the 1960s and over his 50 years of market he established partnerships with several Brazilian art icons such as Pierto Maria Bardi (director of MASP for 45 years), Volpi, Wesley Duke Lee and Flávio de Carvalho.
