‘<a href="/ovr">OVR: Miami Beach</a>’, Art Basel's upcoming Online Viewing Rooms, will feature 255 galleries originally slated to participate in the American fair. It will begin&nbsp;with a VIP Preview running December 2-4, 2020 followed by public days through December 6, 2020.


	Among the exhibitors, 20 are joining Art Basel for the first time, including&nbsp;<a href="https://www.artbasel.com/catalog/gallery/17703/Mignoni" target="_blank">Mignoni</a>,&nbsp;<a href="https://www.artbasel.com/catalog/gallery/16706/half-gallery" target="_blank">Half Gallery</a>,&nbsp;<a href="https://www.artbasel.com/catalog/gallery/4258/Martos-Gallery" target="_blank">Martos Gallery</a>, and&nbsp;<a href="https://www.artbasel.com/catalog/gallery/4401/Kai-Matsumiya" target="_blank">Kai Matsumiya</a> from New York City,&nbsp;and&nbsp;<a href="https://www.artbasel.com/catalog/gallery/3471/Charlie-James-Gallery" target="_blank">Charlie James Gallery</a>,&nbsp;<a href="https://www.artbasel.com/catalog/gallery/15507/Shulamit-Nazarian" target="_blank">Shulamit Nazarian</a>, and&nbsp;<a href="https://www.artbasel.com/catalog/gallery/17827/Matthew-Brown-Los-Angeles" target="_blank">Matthew Brown</a> from Los Angeles.&nbsp;Also new this year are&nbsp;<a href="https://www.artbasel.com/catalog/gallery/22360/Steven-Zevitas-Gallery" target="_blank">Steven Zevitas Gallery</a>, from&nbsp;Boston;&nbsp;<a href="https://www.artbasel.com/catalog/gallery/2568/Curro" target="_blank">Curro</a>, from Guadalajara;&nbsp;Mexico City's&nbsp;<a href="https://www.artbasel.com/catalog/gallery/12755/Maia-Contemporary" target="_blank">Maia Contemporary</a>; as well as&nbsp;<a href="https://www.artbasel.com/catalog/gallery/17776/Central-Galeria" target="_blank">Central Galeria</a> and&nbsp;<a href="https://www.artbasel.com/catalog/gallery/21870/Galeria-Kogan-Amaro" target="_blank">Galeria Kogan Amaro</a> from&nbsp;São Paulo (Kogan Amaro also has&nbsp;a space in Zurich). A first-time participant also hails from Africa:&nbsp;<a href="https://www.artbasel.com/catalog/gallery/3107/SMAC-Art-Gallery" target="_blank">Smac gallery</a>, with locations in&nbsp;Stellenbosch and Cape Town.

	Virtual visitors can look forward to a strong showing of high-level Latin American art, 20th-century treasures, and fresh discoveries from the Americas and beyond. Many galleries will also exhibit works that address the current moment and its many turbulences.


	‘OVR: Miami Beach’ will be accompanied by a robust program of virtual gallery events and online Conversations, featuring major artworld figures. More details about the programming will be announced soon.


	What's more, South Florida institutions will also be hosting a broad range of exhibitions and events – both physical and virtual – as part of&nbsp;Miami Art Week, starting November 27, 2020.&nbsp;In addition,&nbsp;Miami Design District will be putting on a cultural program, launching on November 27, 2020 as well. It will feature international art and design galleries, Design Miami/'s new concept Design Miami/ Podium in the historic Moore Building, as well as its 2020 Design Commission, titled Conscious Actions, which will be integrated throughout the neighborhood's streets and plazas.
