The work is part of an ongoing series entitled "Hurricanes and Other Catastrophes" in which the artist uses images of devastation - urban wastelands showcasing ruined homes and crumbled façades. The title evokes one of the deadliest hurricanes in history that devastated the coastal city of Galveston, near Houston,Texas in 1900 leaving more then 6'000 dead.
