The film itself is a kind of portrait of the curator Bill Horrigan. He and Jason Simon wander around an abandoned penitentiary in Ohio, where both were media curators at the Wexner Center. The film is about the relationship between cultural producers in the context of obsolescing social and artistic structures. The soundtrack is comprised of recordings on old wire spools that the filmmaker Chris Marker made of himself playing songs on the piano.
