Three musicians occupy three adjacent courtyards partitioned by walls that prevent them from hearing or seeing each other play. Usually, traditional Mexican folk music is performed impromptu with the players communicating via visual and verbal cues. In this project, the band tried to maintain a musical connection with one another despite being unable to rely on such cues.
