• The tour guide is required to collect the official Tour Guide Wristband (labeled "Guided Tour") from the Information Desk at Expo Drive Entrance.
• The tour guide must wear the Tour Guide Wristband at all times with the group to indicate official registration
  
• Self-Guided Group Tours are accepted as outlined:
  • VIP Days
    • Tuesday, March 26, 2024, 12pm to 4pm: no tours to be conducted
    • Tuesday, March 26, 2024, 4pm to 8pm: maximum 8 per group
    • Wednesday, March 27, 2024, 12pm to 8pm: maximum 8 per group
  • Public Days
    • Thursday, March 28, 2024, 12pm to 8pm: maximum 8 per group
    • Friday, March 29, 2024, 12pm to 8pm: maximum 8 per group
    • Saturday, March 30, 2024, 11am to 7pm: maximum 8 per group

• Tour guides are responsible for the behavior of their groups.
• Each tour guide must wear the Tour Guide Wristband (labeled "Guided Tour") at all times with the group to indicate completion of official registration.
• Tour groups are not allowed to place any signage within the Halls.
• Please refer to Rules of Visitors to ensure a smooth visit
• Groups should be mindful of other visitors and keep their voice to a respectable volume.
• No food or drinks are allowed within the Halls.
• Photography is allowed for personal use only. No flash, tripods, or video recording is permitted. Photographer requires permission of the gallerist if taking pictures within booths. Please also note that press and promotional photography and filming are taking place on these premises.
• Large bags must be checked at Coat Checks available at the show.

Due to the fragility of certain artworks and booth space restrictions, the galleries listed in the 'Group Visit Refusal List' are not open for group visits.
